MOP Speaker Series this Sunday

They rebuild after disasters and empower people to create lasting solutions that fight poverty, hunger and disease. Please join us at 11:30 am in the Lichtenberger Room.
Summer Hymn Sing
During our summer Sunday services (mid-June through Labor Day weekend), we have an ongoing "hymn-sing," in which we sing hymns selected by members of the congregation. If you have a favorite hymn or two (or more), please let us know by submitting them on a piece of paper in the hymn-box located at the rear door of the church. We can't promise that all suggested hymns will make it into a service; but we will do our best to include all of your suggestions.
Capital Campaign Consultant Meetings
As you may have heard over the last few months, St. Paul's is in need of some significant repairs to the building, organ, and heating systems. Additionally, the Long Range Planning Committee identified a number of areas where St. Paul's has a significant opportunity to grow in our programs, mission, and outreach. To address some of these issues and potential opportunities, the Vestry voted to explore the possibility of starting a capital campaign. Over the last month, the Vestry, and the leaders of our last Capital Campaign 8 years ago, met with two consultants to hear proposals about how to potentially run a campaign. After careful consideration, Kairos & Associates was chosen as the group most able to help us based on their skills and our needs.Over the next month, the Vestry will be considering whether to enter into a contract with Kairos to do the Discernment necessary to carry out a capital campaign.  Please let the Wardens (Arlene Swan-Mahony and Chris Dulla) or anyone on the Vestry know if you have any questions or concerns, or if you would like to be part of the conversation.  Thanks!
